The ReStore Warehouse Manager represents the Habitat brand through courteous interactions with potential donors and customers to support our mission and support ReStore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse leadership experience is requested but not required
- Habitat for Humanity of Philadelphia is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the backroom operations of the ReStore including the inflow and outflow of donations as well as the sold and overstock areas.
- Approval and denial of donation drop offs while maintaining professionalism and offering alternative options.
- Customer service and floor help as needed by ReStore Manager and ASM
- Work with drivers to ensure trucks are unloaded quickly and efficiently and the product is placed properly in the backroom before being priced and moved to the sales floor.
- Follow the current process for calling on sold items to ensure that the pick-up-later area remains available to hold newly purchased items.
- Engage and work with all volunteers to ensure we are getting the most productivity out of them based on their abilities while working in the backroom.
- Communicate daily with the ReStore manager, and ASM to ensure items are being moved to the sales floor to support sales.
