Resourcing for Community Impact: From Tools to Transformation

PANO annual conference focuses on community impact
The annual conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations in Harrisburg this year will focus on the theme, Resourcing for Community Impact: From Tools to Transformation.
The event will take place on September 21 and 22 at the Best Western Hotel in Harrisburg. Keynote speaker is Tom Ahern of Ahern Communications.
The goal of the conference is to share resources and tools that aim for community impact.
Over the course of the conference, educational sessions will focus on 6 subject area tracks:
• Resource Development
• Communication and Advocacy
• Leadership
• Strategy and Evaluation
• Planned Giving (Day 1) | Legal & Ethics (Day 2)
• Collaboration (Day 1) | Reaching for Excellence (Day 2)
• In 10 Minutes (4 TED-Style Talks Per Session)
Each track will be presented through 3 different lenses on each day:
• Level 1 – Fundamentals – tried and true tools and techniques
• Level 2 – Wider & Deeper – building on previous, personal experience
• Level 3 – Transformational – steps outside self and draws on the wisdom of others.
