The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, documentation and evaluation of residential programming and activities consistent with the Agency’s mission and principles to ensure a safe, healthy environment for the youth we serve and staff. As the team leader, the Residential Coordinator supervises program staff in all aspects of development and guidance, including individual and group supervision, training, performance management, as well as facilitates and coordinates all team meetings, case reviews and transition meetings.
Administratively, the Residential Coordinator prepares monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports, and ensures responsible use of all resources and distribution of funds. Also, the Residential Coordinator maintains accurate documentation of case file; grant reports and program information.
Candidates should have a Masters degree in a human service field; excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; deep commitment to the youth we serve, knowledge of youth population issues, strong ability to handle multiple tasks; residential programming experience a plus; valid driver’s license and insurable driving record is required.
