Dylan Wiliam, Emeritus Professor of Educational Assessment at the UCL Institute of Education
researchED is a grass-roots, teacher led organization started in 2013 by Tom Bennett, and assisted by Helene O’Shea. ResearchED will host a one-day conference in Philadelphia bringing together teachers, academics, leaders, researchers, and everyone in between to discuss evidence-informed strategies for improving education and life chances of children everywhere. The conference will feature keynote speakers and panels on various topics, including education media and instruction strategies. The conference will be on Saturday, November 16th, from 9:00 am to 4:30pm at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School. In collaboration with the Philadelphia Education Fund, Act 48 credits will be available for eligible attendees.
