Research Readiness Day 2015
This workshop, Research Readiness Day, is designed to help you participate in Community Driven Research Day. You will learn how to develop a research question, develop a poster presentation, and understand community/academic partnerships.
What is Community Driven Research Day?
Community-Driven Research Day (CDRD) encourages collaboration between researchers and community-based organizations (CBOs)/community groups who have research questions that they are interested in answering. Through an interactive poster session, CBOs and community groups will highlight their research questions to program participants who will include area
nonprofits, community groups, public sector partners, and researchers from academic institutions across Philadelphia. This year’s theme is Health and Safety across the Lifespan.
What is Research Readiness Day?
Research Readiness Day is a technical assistance event for groups interested in presenting a poster during Community Driven Research Day (CDRD). All organizations interested in displaying a poster at CDRD are strongly encouraged to attend Research Readiness Day.
