The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice at Temple University is seeking a Research Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. We are a national action research center that is redefining what it means to be a student-ready college with a movement centering #RealCollege students’ basic needs. This Research Project Manager is primarily responsible for project management on several research-focused projects. Functions include providing support in management of project process and stakeholder relationships. Additionally, the candidate may provide some support in areas such as data management and other research tasks such as developing bibliographies and literature reviews, preparing presentations and supporting in writing of reports. The incumbent will report to the Associate Director of Research Partnerships and work closely with research staff such as Senior Research Associate(s), Research Associate(s) and Research Assistants as well as the Communications team. Incumbent will have some level of both research and administrative experience; the position will provide opportunities for growth in both domains. The candidate must thrive while handling a variety of constituencies, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and achieving strong outcomes in a complex environment with multiple shifting priorities.
