The Free Library of Philadelphia and the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians will sponsor a presentation on new developments in the field of teaching English as a second language in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, June 19th at 5:30pm at the Central Library?s Skyline Room, 19th and Vine Streets.
