The OSTRC seeks a full-time Research Coordinator to oversee its research into the impact of professional development on OST staff, programs, and students. This person will conduct literature reviews, develop and process surveys, coordinate focus groups, collect and analyze data, write grants and reports, communicate with project advisors, and perform related duties as assigned. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, children’s policy, or a related field and have experience with research and evaluation in education, social work, or social policy. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be both detail oriented and creative and able to work independently and as part of a team.
