Primary Purpose of Position
The research assistant will support senior researchers in data collection and management, data analysis, report creation, field work and research-related administrative tasks. The research assistant will work on both quantitative and qualitative projects on an “as-needed” basis on discrete tasks with close supervision by senior researchers. The research assistant will be expected to work on a number of research projects and evaluations in varied substantive areas, including out-of-school time, prisoner reentry, disconnected youth and mentoring.
