Seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual to serve as the Research Assistant on an innovative new project designed to break the cycle of intergenerational trauma among families enrolled in Early Head Start. The individual will be responsible for recruiting participants into the project/study, conducting all baseline and follow-up assessments in clients’ homes, entering data and assisting with report submission.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health or related field
Experience: Previous experience interviewing clients, conducting human services research and performing accurate and timely data entry.
Knowledge/Skills: Must be organized and flexible, possess excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills, have knowledge of Excel and other data base programs. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
