Request for Proposals: University-Assisted Community Schools Regional Training Center – May 1

Part of the Netter Center endowment is designated to fund regional training centers that advance University-Assisted Community Schools (UACS) in a multi-state region, which is to be defined by the applicant. New centers are funded in three-year cycles.
PROJECT GOALS
To develop a regional center on University-Assisted Community Schools at a university or college that will draw on the expertise of an established University-Assisted Community School (UACS) initiative and work in a specific, multi-state area to:
- Work with higher education institutions and their partners to develop or increase their participation in UACS;
- Develop a collaborative learning network comprised of existing and prospective UACS; and
- Provide training and technical assistance on the UACS model for interested universities and colleges and their school and community partners.
This RFP is for the 2023-2026 cycle. The deadline is May 1, 2023.
