Request for Proposals: Summer Employment Programs

The Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN) on behalf of WorkReady Philadelphia announces the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to allocate funds to operate quality summer employment programs beginning Summer 2020. Non-profits and for-profit organizations that can provide educationally-enriched, career exposure and work-based-learning opportunities for youth and young adults ages 12-24 years are encouraged to apply. Prospective respondents must submit an electronic Notice of Intent to Apply to inform PYN of their intent to submit an application no later than 11:59 p.m. on August 30, 2019. This notification is for planning purposes to assist in securing the necessary number of reviewers. See the Notice of Intent to Apply form.

A Bidders Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at 9 a.m. or 1 p.m. at The Friends Center (Cherry Street Room) located at 1501 Cherry Street. Attendance is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. If you are new to the system, we recommend you attend the 9 a.m. session. You will be required to include the number of persons attending and the name of your organization. Learn more and register.

Proposals are due Wednesday, September 25, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. Please note that late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
