MOCS seeks help for fundraising, development plan
The Mayor’s Office of Community Services has issued a Request for Proposals seeking the services of a qualified vendor to assist it in creating a sustainable fundraising and development plan.
Applications are due by February 10th.
The successful Applicant must have extensive knowledge of fundraising, development, and communications strategies needed to support a successful Development Plan for a government agency, and have demonstrated their ability to meet these requirements.

Click the link to access “more information on non-competitively bid contract opportunities.” Once on the main eContract Philly website, click the “New Contract Opportunities” link on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to get to the Opportunity List screen. Search the list by department (Mayor’s Office of Community Services). Click on the opportunity number to link to more detailed information about the opportunity and to the application page.
All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Ytina Dudley at ytina.dudley@phila.gov no later than 5pm on Wednesday, February 1st.
