Request for Proposals: Anti-Racism Training Experience for Staff DEI Team – Apr 12

Philadelphia Yearly Meeting (PYM) has embarked on a path for equity and inclusion at the staff level by creating a staff-led DEI team that meets to address the intention for PYM to be a more equity centered and anti-racist workplace. The team consists of 7 staff members that includes the Director of HR and Inclusion, and our desire is to take part in a shared experience that would allow us to have more common ground on anti-racist principles given that as individuals we are at different levels of experience with this work.

We are sharing our request for proposal with you hoping that you may consider submitting something for our discernment.
