Request for Proposal (RFP), Out-of-School Time

We are pleased to inform you that Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, Department of Human Services (DHS), has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Out-of-School Time (OST) Project. The RFP is currently available at http://pcaps.phmc.org/pcaps/
The Bidders Conference for this RFP will be held on Wednesday, 3.20.2013, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Free Library of Philadelphia, Parkway Central Library, 1901 Vine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 in the Montgomery Auditorium (ground floor).
