Springboard seeks applications from qualified diversity, equity, and inclusion consultants. Since its inception, Springboard has held equity and justice work at the center of what we do. We consider this to be at the core of our work of closing the reading achievement gap and, by extension, the opportunity gap.

We previously contracted for diversity training for the internal team in September 2018. Since then, we have more than doubled in size. We view this work as formally laying the foundation for our DEI approach in our growing and evolving organization. We believe this investment will help make Springboard be the best possible agent for social and racial justice.

Springboard is seeking a 12-month engagement to advise and train our organization on implementing a formal diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.

A successful consultant will work with our Leadership Team to co-develop Springboard’s approach to integrating DEI in our work. Approaches must consider our various stakeholders (parents, teachers, staff, etc.).
