Remote Onboarding: Reimagining the Future of Work – Aug 26
Posted by The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia on August 18, 2020
As businesses begin to recharge and recover, many are looking to resume their hiring efforts while still working remotely. Hiring and integrating new employees prior to the pandemic often required in-person trainings and experiences — but in the new reality of virtual work, where many employers are considering maintaining a remote workforce into the foreseeable future, employers must reevaluate their current processes to be just as effective, informative, and engaging via remote interactions.
Join us to hear regional talent leaders discuss the importance of consistently communicating with new hires, thinking creatively about how to create touch points, facilitating meaningful relationships between new employees and their peers, and more, to create new virtual onboarding practices.
Wednesday, August 26
