Join the Mayor’s Office of Public Engagement and the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts Culture and the Creative Economy on June 17 at 12:00 p.m. for ReJUNEvenation: A Juneteenth Cultural Celebration Pop-Up!
In honor of Juneteenth, and as an engagement under the Pathways to Reform, Transformation, and Reconciliation initiative, this celebratory lunchtime event will feature a multi-genre percussion ensemble, Sistahs Laying Down Hands… with Love and friends, as well as poetry, storytelling and other musical performances.
Come out to Love Park for this free, interactive, inclusive, and artistic presentation in response to a renewed commitment to the process of rejuvenation, reconciliation, and resilience.
