Regional US Forum for Innovative Educators and Learners
Posted by on March 26, 2012
School of the Future, in conjunction with The Philadelphia Science Festival, Philadelphia Tech Week, and the Microsoft Corporation, is holding a Regional US Forum for Innovative Educators and Learners at School of the Future on Saturday, April 28th. This one day conference will be comprised of speakers, workshops, project displays, and technology exhibits. All educators, administrators, pre-service teachers, students, technology enthusiasts, higher education professionals, and community members are invited to attend.
K-12 educators and pre-service educators enter the Regional Project Competition for an opportunity to travel to Washington and Greece. Projects should demonstrate how educators use of technology to increase students’ learning. Projects will be judged onsite by regional education experts and three winners will be chosen to showcase their work on the national stage at Microsoft Headquarters in WA this summer!
General Registration is now open at http://www.sof.philasd.org.
Educator applications are being accepted until April 13th. Click here to submit an application.
