Regional Industries and STEM Education (RISE) Virtual Meeting: RISE Directory – Jun 14

In January 2022, The Philadelphia Education Fund, in collaboration with the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective, launched Regional Industries and STEM Education (RISE). RISE helps STEM industries navigate the Philadelphia STEM landscape, support meaningful STEM education, and cultivate the next generation of STEM professionals. RISE also provides STEM programs, teachers, and students with access to the resources and opportunities that these local industries offer.
As a result of our year-long meetings and conversations, we are designing a RISE Directory: an online listing of regional industries that offer opportunities (such as apprenticeships, guest speakers, and site visits) to K-12 students.
We hope you will join us as we review, discuss, and improve our Directory on Wednesday, June 14, from 2-3 PM.
