REGIONAL FORUM ON SUSTAINABLE COLLEGE DINING

The objectives of this conference are to: explore the social, political and ecological vision behind eating sustainable, locally-grown food. Conference participants will attend panels and workshops to hear the innovations and insights of current programs, discuss models for local purchasing and distribution, foster new ideas, programs and partnerships, and delight in exquisite meals of seasonal, locally-grown food.
