The Philadelphia Bar Association and the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia are co-sponsoring a forum with Paul Vallas and Donna Cooper, with “Good Schools: Pennsylvania,” on the topic “Reforming Philadelphia Schools: What Can Be Done?” This event will take place at the Philadelphia Bar Education Center, 1010 Wanamaker Building.
