A new play about the urban history of violence and gangs in the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection
(Philadelphia). This stage production also chronicles the role of the internationally acclaimed House of Umoja and how its founders David and Falaka Fattah have been successful in stopping violence and crime in local communities. Directed by Maurice Henderson, “NO GANG WAR” is based upon the bestselling book by Steve Satell and critically film documentary by Kimmika L.H. Williams.
