Recruitment Manager, Belmont Charter Network

Belmont Charter Network is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives for the five charter schools and administrative offices that are a part of Belmont Charter Network. The Recruitment Manager will be energetic and intentional in their approach to attracting and retaining mission driven talent through strategic, equitable and engaging processes including:

  • Source and screen candidates for positions including, but not limited to: teachers, school leadership, instructional/building support, after school program, administrative and facilities staff Build and manage candidate relationships/experience through a full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and outreach communications
  • Coordinate, plan, and attend events for the yearly recruitment calendar including but not limited to: university career fairs, networking events, seminars, open-houses, etc.
  • Develop and grow external partnerships and relationships to strengthen educator pipeline initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with Heads and Directors throughout the recruitment process to ensure selection of solid candidates and serve as a thought partner in selecting the best possible talent for school teams
  • Collaborate with the talent team to develop and execute national, regional, and local recruitment strategy focused on targeting high-quality academic leadership and teacher candidates through candidate cultivation
  • Operate applicant tracking system (Paycom)
  • Create recruitment related marketing: social media and web page content, branded materials to advance the brand and recognition of a unique network of schools
  • Manage, create, and improve recruitment processes and procedures including the employee referral process
  • Collect and report recruitment data; implement changes based on metrics
  • Support the values of the network by committing to anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in hiring practices
  • Collaborate with Human Resources department on various recruitment and retention initiatives including orientation and onboarding
  • Manage Recruitment Coordinator
