Recording: Nurturing Transfer Aspirations through a Digital Storytelling Collaboration

In March, PHENND invited Dr. Sarah Jewett (University of Maryland, Baltimore County), Professor Matthew Decker (Montgomery College), Professor Jamie Gillan (Montgomery College), and Service-Learning & Community Engagement Program Coordinator Emily Passera (UMBC) to discuss a multi-year digital storytelling collaboration between their two institutions. They highlighted the ways they leverage it to nurture transfer aspirations, develop student leadership, prioritize reflective practice, deepen inter-institutional relationships, and broaden participation in digital storytelling.
