You may be able to expunge
- Non-conviction charges,
- (Nolle prossed – Not guilty – Dismissed – Withdrawn)
- Summary convictions,
- Special programs (ex. ARD)
You can’t expunge
- Convictions for
- Serious misdemeanors & felonies
- (Guilty – Guilty plea – NOLO)
You may be able to seal
- Minor misdemeanor convictions
- If you finished your sentence more than 10 yrs. ago
