- When do you drop an event that’s been around forever?
- How do you develop a realistic events budget?
- How do you get organizational buy-in?
- How do you set realistic expectations?
- How do you create an event that deserves to happen more than once?
Special Events may be the one fundraising tool most likely to elicit a sigh of frustration from development directors. They are often a love them/hate them proposition because they drain energy and resources.
