Reading Captains are volunteers equipped with early literacy messages and materials to share with parents and caregivers of Philadelphia’s youngest readers.
Join a corps of community members who are passionate about protecting our children’s right to read by attending a training session where you can learn more about the role, the state of early literacy in the city, and how to pledge to be a Reading Captain.
Date and Time: Thursday, July 9, 5:30-6:30 PM
