#ReachhigherPhilly College Signing Day
Date: Wednesday, June 7, 2017
Where: Wells Fargo Center- 3601 S. Broad St
Time: 10am-1pm
All high school seniors (public, parochial, charter, and private) who have committed to a college or university are invited to attend.

TRANSPORTATION:
SDP Schools Only: Transportation will be provided by SDP. Please note, if your school is near the Orange or Blue Line (subway) you might receive tokens/daypasses.
OTHER Schools: Parochial, Charter, and Private: You must secure your own transportation to/from the Wells Fargo Center
BUS SIGNS: Chaperones, please make a sign with your school name to place in the bus window. This will help volunteers move students onto the right buses at the end of the event.
DRESS: This is a celebratory/casual event. Chaperones are encouraged to wear college t-shirts and/or college paraphernalia. Students can also wear college t-shirts. Formal attire is not required.
FOOD: Unfortunately, lunch will not be provided to the students. In addition, outside food is NOT allowed inside the Wells Fargo Center. Therefore, please leave your lunches on the bus.
SECURITY: For security purposes, no backpacks will be allowed inside the Wells Fargo Center. Students can leave backpacks at school or on the buses, which will be locked during the event. Security would like to keep purses restricted to “clutch size” handbags. If they do allow bigger bags, they will be subject to search by the security personnel prior to entry.

10am-11am Pre Event activities(Band, Cheerleaders, Student “selfies and #reachhigherPHL tweets )
11:00am-11:30am Formal Program Begins
11:30am -12:15pm College Pep Rally/ Roll Call of Colleges/Universities
12:15pm-12:30pm Closing Remarks/Formal Program Ends
12:30-1pm Student Departure
