The PA Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) is proud to once again partner with Building Movement Project (BMP) for their next Race to Lead Survey. The 2025 Race to Lead Survey explores how race, identity, and power continue to shape nonprofit work – and what’s changed over the past decade. Your anonymous input will help challenge assumptions, inform leaders, and strengthen calls for equity and accountability across the sector.
