Queer Wellness: An Intersectional LGBTQ Youth Health Symposium

Join us for a full day conference focused on LGBTQ young people and their holistic health needs!
This conference aims to amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ young people around their health and wellness needs, experiences with the health care system and other systems that impact their well-being and educate health care professionals and health professional students around the health care needs and best practices for serving LGBTQ+ young people.
Focus areas for the day include mental/emotional health, physical health care needs and interactions with health care systems, issues of housing and homelessness, interpersonal violence and how systems can help and hurt the health of LGBTQ young people.
This conference is free and open to both professionals and students serving or interested in serving LGBTQ youth.
