Quarterly PHENND Meeting: Moving from Service to Civic and Political Engagement
Thursday, October 6
9:00AM – 11:30 AM
Bryn Mawr College
Gateway Conference Room, Benham Gateway Building
The Quarterly PHENND Meeting is a chance for the entire PHENND Network to get together to share ideas, events, difficulties, etc. It is also a time to hear from PHENND Director Hillary Aisenstein about her activities and opportunities for partnership.
The theme for this meeting will be “Moving from Service to Civic and Political Engagement.” We will be joined by Dr. Joan Mandle, Executive Director of Democracy Matters, (http://www.democracymatters.org), a national organization focused on mobilizing college students to get money out of politics and pursue other electoral reforms. We will also be joined by representatives of the Committee of Seventy, (http://www.seventy.org), Philadelphia’s own “good government” organization.
To RSVP, email Hillary Aisenstein at [email protected].
