The Health Division Quality Assurance and Development Manager provides day-to-day project coordination, quality assurance oversight, and fundraising assistance for the development, implementation, and expansion of initiatives within Congreso’s Health Division. This position ensures that all efforts are carried out within the highest quality and integrity, and in accordance with applicable public and agency guidelines. The Health Division Quality Assurance and Development Manager has internal contacts with the entire administrative staff and external contact with funders, partners, external consultants, clients, community resources, and the community. This position has access to sensitive Congreso information and is expected to handle such information with integrity and professionalism. The Health Division Quality Assurance and Development Manager reports directly to the Senior V.P. of Health.
Minimum Experience: Excellent communication skills; strong writing skills; Ability to; manage multiple tasks; well-organized; Ability to work with people holding a wide range of positions; Computer proficient (Microsoft Office); Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields: public health, English, health administration, sociology, anthropology, or related fields; Master’s Degree preferred
