PYN Strategic Plan 2017-2020
Posted by Philadelphia Youth Network on January 16, 2017
After a year of reflection internally and on the external landscape both locally and nationally, the Philadelphia Youth Network is proud to share with you our new strategic plan, 2020 Vision!
We know that Philadelphia struggles with deep poverty and inequity, which has serious implications not only for our young people, but for our city overall. PYN has always worked to create opportunity for those who struggle with barriers such as these. In order to take this work to the next level, the need to be clearer, smarter and bolder about this work became evident. It is with this conviction that PYN announces its new vision statement:
To alleviate poverty and inequity through education and employment.
In 2020 Vision, PYN outlines three roles and related goals to better capture the full scope of work and our strategic direction.
Learn more about how PYN will work toward these goals in our plan, 2020 Vision.
