PYN Releases “Momentum: Building Tomorrow’s Workforce”

When we see young people, we see their creativity, resilience and resourcefulness. We see their full potential and believe that their future is worth every investment made. When we provide opportunities to young people, we are equipping them to succeed in tomorrow’s workforce. We know that the momentum from their success will continue and be reflected in our city’s future.

Last year, we commemorated PYN’s 20th Anniversary with our stakeholders and celebrated the organization’s impact, partnership and progress. We are overcome with gratitude and humbled by the progress we have made with your support. Together, over these 20 years, we have provided more than 210,000 education and employment opportunities for young people.

We set ambitious goals in 2020 Vision and continue making strides to accomplish these goals by June 30, 2020. Over the last year, we have reinforced the system we built by strengthening our partnerships, creating new services, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating and consulting with other communities. Please accept our 2019 Annual Report, Momentum as an invitation to join PYN’s work and become an accelerating force that ensures every young Philadelphian has the opportunity and tools to achieve their dreams.
