Purposeful Life May Stave Off Alzheimer’s
A new study has shown that older adults who derive meaning from life’s experiences and possess a sense of intentionality and goal directedness face a substantially reduced risk of Alzheimer’s disease and a less rapid rate of cognitive decline in older age.
