Join us for a Public Health Conversation on Dream Care
Did you know that there are 24,000 undocumented, uninsured children being blocked from public health insurance in Pennsylvania? Dream Care is an initiative to get them covered.
Please RSVP to attend our conversation on Dream Care at Springfield Hospital, 190 West Sproul Road in Springfield, 19064. Our guest speaker will be Dr. Jennifer Shrager of ChesPenn Health Services.
