PT Youth Coordinator, ResCare Workforce Services

Location: Norristown PA

• Conducts orientation for participants [9th – 12th grade] to explain the benefits of the work experience program.
• Interviews participants to gather information on correct appropriate site match and make timely referrals to work experience locations.
• Tracks and monitors participation on a monthly basis and complete participation reports timely.
• Addresses any performance issues that may arise on the work site and communicates with the Employment Case Manager.
• Works with potential work experience sites to complete cooperative agreement and submit to county for approval.
• Conduct site visits
• Ensures project exceeds contractual participation benchmark.
• Other duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements
• Four year degree in a related field or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Excellent written communication and team work skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Familiarity with the population and community being served.
