PT Vendor & Volunteer Coordinator, One Step Away

One Step Away is looking to hire a part-time social service coordinator to encourage and support our vendors to become self-sufficient. This person will be in charge of managing OSA’s overall vendor program, including day-to-day activities at the vendor site and on the streets of Philadelphia. The job is working directly with our vulnerably housed vendors and representing One Step Away in the community.

An ideal candidate would have previous knowledge with Philadelphia social services, and experience working directly with challenging populations. They must also be a motivated self-starter who is able to think outside the “box” and develop innovative solutions to addressing homelessness and poverty through income creation. I would greatly appreciate any help you all could provide in sharing this job post. The position is currently vacant, so we would like to hire someone who is experienced as soon as possible, and start training them for the role.
