Position: Youth Program – Quality Assurance Coordinator [Part Time]
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts reviews of case files according to a checklist to determine accuracy and completion of case file contents such as properly completed documentation for intake or enrollment, accurate and complete case planning documentation and time and attendance records,
Conducts reviews of other records related to program delivery such as computerized records of participants, on-line participant status files to assure performance and compliance with program requirements.
Identifies and documents discrepancies between performance and program requirements. Prepares brief reports of finding via form or memorandum.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with and understand detailed contract provisions related to quality reviews.
Ability to prepare clearly written notes and reports for review by management
Ability to operate a Personal Computer to maintain records and generate reports
Ability to compute basic descriptive statistics such as averages and work with percentages.
Well organized and accurate, with the ability to work continuously with detailed records
