Montgomery County Tax Coalition Coordinator
The Montgomery County Tax Coalition, serving the suburban Philadelphia Montgomery County communities, is searching for an innovative, results-oriented Coordinator to direct strategies, policy, processes, programs and partnerships/collaborations related to the community impact and outreach goals of the organization. This part time position focuses on strategic initiatives, public education and marketing, public policy, results-based accountability framework driving outcomes and evaluation, development of partnerships and collaborations, resource mobilization and fund investment. This position aggressively positions the MCTC as a community impact leader and provides overall leadership, vision and focus in the development of strategies and tactics for an integrated approach to help low income individuals and families in the community become more financially stable and self sufficient. Strategic leadership experience in community organization, program development, administration, fiscal oversight, volunteer development, communications and understanding of health and human service delivery systems required. Experience with public policy, group facilitation, training and strategic alliances desired. Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience is required.
