PT Development Director, Weavers Way Community Programs

Weavers Way Community Programs – the non-profit arm of Weavers Way Co-op – is hiring a PT Development Director who has experience with building an individual giving program, particularly major gifts. We’re a small organization (~$300k/year in FY15), but we’ve had tremendous YOY growth and have much potential. While the position will start at 20 hrs/week there’s an opportunity (and hope) that it will steadily grow and will be full-time by this time next year. As such, the job description is very broad and written as if it were already a full–time position. We currently have a grant writing consultant, but I anticipate bringing this function in–house once the Development Director gets settled in the role (thereby expanding the number of hours per week).
