Protecting Clean Water in the Face of Changing Landscapes

PennFuture’s acclaimed Annual Watershed Workshop, “Protecting Clean Water in the Face of Changing Landscapes,” is scheduled for Saturday, April 1, 2006, from 8:30 AM to 4 PM at the Brandywine River Museum in Chadds Ford.
This workshop, now in its third year, gives grassroots watershed groups,
conservancies and volunteers the basic legal tools they need to get involved in local land use decisions that impact watersheds.
Specific topics covered include:
* Municipal protection of water resources;
* Sewage facilities planning;
* Stormwater management and
* Much more.
Registration is FREE, but space is limited. Those attending will receive manuals and other materials, as well as a light breakfast and lunch.
