Project Manager/Program Coordinator
South of South (SOSNA)
To oversee and manage SOSNA’s Targeted Basic Systems Repair Program and work with Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) and Housing Counseling personnel coordinating related activities.
Duties: Manage logistics and deliver program to clients, including: assisting homeowners in assessing needed repairs and choosing contractors, issuing work orders, coordinating schedules with Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation personnel, inspecting work performed during and at completion of each project; documenting and auditing all payments. Work closely with NAC Director and Housing Counselor to publicize and assess applicants’ eligibility to participate in program. Please submit resume and a minimum of 3 references. Qualifications: BS/BA and a minimum of 2 years experience in property management, real estate, or equivalent preferred. Two to 3 years experience in lending and/or housing counseling preferred. Ability to work autonomously and in a team-based environment, ability to plan, organize and monitor multiple projects simultaneously; ability to maintain composure, effectiveness, and a pleasant demeanor under pressure; excellent communication skills and computer literacy required.
