Project Manager, Interactive Mechanics
Posted by Interactive Mechanics on May 16, 2016
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable project manager to work with our team full-time (32-40 hours/week) coordinating our digital projects. We’re aiming for a start date mid to late June.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our team and clients on track and on budget, coordinating deadlines and project deliverables, and managing tasks in Asana and schedules in Google Calendar. You’ll organize project assets and manage internal workflows. You’ll perform quality assurance on deliverables, develop project documentation, and conduct training so clients are clear about their role in the process and feel comfortable taking over projects. You’ll compile project presentations and case studies about our work. We’re a small team, so we all share other administrative responsibilities as needed. You will work closely with all members of our team, and you will report directly to the Creative Director. This role requires occasional travel for client meetings or business development opportunities.

- Excited to grow and develop new skills in design or technology
- Interested in working with a small, close-knit team
