Position Summary:  The Site Director will support the development and oversight of Project LEAP by coordinating weekly sessions, collaborating with partners, and overseeing the execution of the program. Project LEAP is a comprehensive after-school program designed to engage and empower middle school (5th-8th grade students) to see themselves as future STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) leaders. Project LEAP will be offered in partnership with and funded by a grant from the School District of Philadelphia.
