Community College of Philadelphia seeks to fill position of Project Director, Tech Prep Demonstration program. Responsible for development, implementation, supervision, and assessment of 2+2 Tech Prep program model with an 11th & 12th grade class on college campus.

Required: Master’s degree in education or academic field; minimum two years administrative experience directing an educational program; demonstrated expertise in program development and management including budgets and personnel;
knowledge of effective methods to address diverse needs of disadvantaged youth. Familiarity with business community to facilitate intern placements preferred. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
