Project Director, People’s Emergency Center

The project director will be responsible for coordinating PEC’s Philadelphia-wide effort to enroll infants, toddlers and preschoolers staying in emergency shelter into high quality early learning programs including STARS child care, Head Start, Early Head Start and state and local PreK. The project director is responsible for the management of the service, supervising up to three staff, working with consultants, and ensuring compliance with the funding grant.
