UWSEPA seeks consultant for aging project
United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania has issued a Request for Proposals for a Project Consultant that will work with its Healthy Aging priority area through Community Networks of Care, a joint project between United Way and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.
The purpose of this project is to research, implement and evaluate innovative approaches to the delivery of home and community based services for older adults. The multi-year project will involve different communities within the UWSEPA funding area.
