PMHCC Best Practices Institute has renewed our search for a Project Associate. This position supports the ongoing implementation of Performance-based Contracting (PBC) for foster care and related reforms for the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. A Masters degree in Social Work or a related field and 2-3 years experience is required. We are looking for someone who has significant experience with research, program development and program evaluation, excellent writing and oral presentation skills, and experience and understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
